Osho meditation helps in breaking down all the barriers that bind you. This meditation shatters all the restrictions and gives you true freedom and peace. There are basically four techniques widely used in this meditation.
Breathe: Popular Osho Meditation Technique
The first technique is to breathe. It determines how fast or slow, rapid or short you breathe. For a normal person, the breathing process is natural. In Osho meditation, you engage all your strength and breathe powerfully. The breathing must be deep and intense. While doing so, make some physical movements in the body and keep rising it.
rwideNow, after knowing the basic concept of breath in thisw meditation, think of releasing it with complete pressure. That’s the second technique of meditation. While releasing the breath, don’t panic about your surroundings and set yourself completely free. Be yourself while doing it and fill your presence in the room. Doing this, you will feel more relaxed.
Another technique of this meditation involves mantras or sequences of words. This meditation involves people completely into it and makes them raise their arms above and start jumping. While doing this, you have to say ‘hoo’ as loudly and deeply as possible. Jump up and down, feeling the sound in your pelvic region. Give your maximum and you will find this technique very relaxing.
After that, stop and stay still. Remain still in whichever position you are at that time. You should not be concerned about your position. In any situation, do not try to move your position. Just be still and observe your mind and spirit activity. Even a slight jerk in your body will spoil the whole energy flow and technique of meditation. Stand still and feel the after-effects in your body of the Osho techniques. You will gradually find that your inner self becomes really happy. Express your gratitude by dancing and singing.
This entire process will take an hour. For best results, it must be performed under the guidance of an Osho professional teacher.
