Your aim should be to enjoy the process than chasing after the results.
We all are different individuals. There is no fixed time for meditation. Neither is there any logic that the more you sit to meditate, the more easily you will get results. What matters is even if you meditate for just 5 minutes a day, make sure it is done with total concentration ad conviction. Meditation is just like an art. The more you invest time and energy in it, the better results you will be able to yield.
