Samadhi is also a kind of concentration practice of higher-order. Taoism is also a kind of concentration that is very popular in China. It is an internal part of Chinese martial art also. In Christianity, meditation practice with the help of rosary. Almost all religions practice this. In China, preachers train children at a tender age. It also includes physical exercise. It is beneficial if someone starts practicing it at a young age. It improves memory, improves blood pressure. Scientists say that concentration lowers the level of anxiety by almost 39 percent. Practicing Dhyan is a good habit. It does not matter how much time he practice in the beginning. Slowly the time duration increases without any extra efforts.
