You can stand or sit, observing and witnessing everything that is happening around. The fourth and last stage is complete silence. You lie down and remain still. This kind of meditation is considered an effective way of letting go and unwinding at the end of a hard day.

Osho Meditation – Nadabrahma

This is a type of humming meditation. By different hand movements and humming, the conflicting parts of your mind and body start getting in perfect tune. This brings harmony to your entire being. Once your mind and body are totally together, you witness complete bliss, peace, and silence.
